The Queen Mary represents ISBX’s experience working with a prominent real estate development and management firm to revitalize a key portfolio asset and recent acquisition. In order to redevelop and rebrand the 50 year old attraction and hotel experience, the Queen Mary approached ISBX to redesign the website and introduce an ambitious technology platform as a centerpiece to the attractions experience.
The client’s main driver was to focus on customer acquisition of a younger demographic, increase retention, and bring newfound prominence to the attraction.
As a part of this strategy ISBX proposed and/or developed the following:
  • Mobile experience app, including Augmented Reality
  • Bluetooth beacon placement throughout the vessel
  • Virtual tour highlighting the history of the vessel throughout its 30 year service life
  • Hotel bookings and event ticket purchases through the app
